With the increasing demand for implant, orthodontic, and endodontic diagnosis, digital dentistry has become a common need. CBCT, with its high definition, low radiation dose, and intuitive convenience, is increasingly used in oral examinations and has gradually become a primary imaging modality in dentistry.

In 2020, faced with the complex structure and space requirements of traditional three-in-one oral CBCTs, Neoway Medical approached Rococo and jointly developed the Pirox, the world's first dual-source, wide-field-of-view CBCT. This product has won the favor and acclaim of numerous professional and large dental institutions and won the 2021 iF Design Award. To meet the needs of a wider range of medical scenarios, Neoway Medical and Rococo have once again joined forces to create the all-new Jirox·Simple Series Oral CBCT.

Industrial Design

1. Easier Positioning: One set of positioning methods supports three imaging modes: CT, panoramic, and anteroposterior/lateral. An ergonomic head clamp allows single-handed head fixation, maintaining a natural cervical spine angle during imaging and reducing fatigue. 

2. Relatively Lower Dose: The Simple CT's radiation source is located farther from the patient's head, exponentially reducing the actual dose received by the patient. 

3. Sitting down for more comfortable filming is especially suitable for elderly individuals with limited mobility and active children, minimizing motion artifacts and ensuring clearer images. The floor-standing stand provides a more stable chassis and a robust mechanical structure that resists deformation. 

4. Bent tubes are used instead of straight tubes to reduce the sense of coldness and sharpness, alleviating patients' nervousness when interacting with medical equipment. Bent tubes are used at the corners of the columns, creating an "F" shape that echoes the Youfang Medical logo and enhances the company's image.

Unlike the claustrophobic, oppressive, and dizzy feeling caused by the ceiling-mounted scanning stand of an oral CT scanner, the Simple CT features an open-top, non-compression design, significantly enhancing patient comfort during imaging and accommodating patients of all body types.
