This commissioned design falls within the bio-3D printer service line, and the client hopes this product will demonstrate their strength and enhance their corporate and brand image. The client's existing functional prototype has developed a multi-zone adjustable system, enabling printing of biomaterials with varying viscosities, from low to high.

Maintaining a balance between structure and function; featuring a customizable multi-nozzle system that enables simultaneous online printing of multiple biomaterials and cells, while significantly outperforming similar products in terms of nozzle switching efficiency; adjustable pressure during printing to ensure a higher cell survival rate during printing. The prototype meets functional requirements, but the appearance and structure require optimization.

A 3D bioprinter is a device that, driven by a digital three-dimensional model, positions and assembles biomaterials or cell units according to additive manufacturing principles to produce medical devices, tissue engineering scaffolds, and other products. 

Currently, the application of 3D printing technology to medical organ manufacturing is still in its infancy, and most equipment on the market still adopts an industrial-style design. This design fully considers the laboratory operator's operating procedures and work environment, significantly enhancing the device's technological and biomedical attributes, differentiating it from existing products and enhancing the company's brand image

This design fully considers the laboratory personnel's operational procedures and work environment, significantly enhancing the device's technologically advanced medical and biomedical attributes. It eliminates the inherent mechanical feel of existing products, enhances the company's brand image, and strengthens the product's market value. The client expressed their approval of the concept during the design phase.
