They partnered with LKK Design to reimagine their product line, specifically targeting their soy milk machine. 1. Design Research
Our process began with in-depth analysis. Through online data mining and offline user interviews, we gathered critical insights into user habits, preferences, and pain points. This research directly informed the design strategy, ensuring the final product would resonate deeply with the target audience.

2. Industrial Design

  • Aesthetics & CMF: We broke from the conventional look of previous models, introducing a unique blend of retro and modern elements. The careful selection of Colors, Materials, and Finishes (CMF) gave the soy milk machine a distinctive emotional character.

  • User Experience (UX): We prioritized a seamless and delightful user journey. Every interaction, from capsule insertion to cleaning, was streamlined to make preparing fresh soy milk both simple and engaging.

3. Mechanical Structure Design
Our engineering team focused on perfecting the internal mechanics to match the sophisticated exterior. We meticulously designed the core systems—grinding, brewing, and cleaning—to ensure reliable, efficient, and quiet operation within a compact footprint.
