1. Design Research
Our comprehensive design research phase incorporated market analysis, user interviews, and big data analytics. We identified critical Chinese consumer pain points regarding noise levels, filter replacement frequency, and aesthetic integration with home environments. 2. Industrial Design
Building on research findings, we developed a design language that balances Honeywell's technological heritage with residential aesthetics. The clean, sophisticated appearance seamlessly integrates with various home décors, while intuitive interface design ensures effortless operation for all user demographics.
3. Mechanical Structure Design
We revolutionized filter replacement through an innovative foldable drawer mechanism. This patented design allows users to replace filters with a simple push motion, eliminating traditional complications and significantly enhancing user convenience while maintaining structural integrity.
4. Aerodynamic Air Duct Design
Our engineering team applied advanced aerodynamic principles to optimize airflow dynamics.
