1. Service Fee if the project involve design, engineering. It depends on the difficulties of project.

2. Verification Cost (prototypes) . It involves some prototypes costs throught DVT, EVT, PVT process.

3. Certification Cost. It depends on which market you need to sell (CE for Europe, FCC and RoHs for United States) and your product category (such as FDA for medical products) .

4. Mass production cost and Assembly Cost. Mass production cost depends on order quantity. Assembly cost depends on number of component, assembly time per component and yield rate (normally 2%)

5. Supply Chain Management Cost till pilot production. (Starting from 8000 USD per month)

6. % Commission for order management

7. Package Cost, include package design and production cost

Yes, upon request we sign non-disclosure agreements. We have NDA templates or we can use the NDA provided by customers or customers' attorney.

Our customers often request that we sign a non-disclosure agreement whereby we agree not to sell or disclose the customer's product line to others. We have no problem doing this. Upon request, we also add exclusive clauses or license agreements in with our negotiations with the factory in China.

In the U.S., Canada, and all other developed countries, realize that patents and trademarks are your only true legal protection. Without a patent or trademark any company - American or foreign - can legally copy and sell your product.

On average, for the first production run of a new product, the manufacturers in China will need 30 – 45 days to make any molds or fixtures and provide a sample for approval. After sample approval, it can take another 30-45 days to make the production run, depending on the complexity of the product and order quantity.

Sea and inland freight transit time can range from 4-6 weeks. For example, it takes about 2-1/2 weeks for a ship to go from a seaport in China to the port of Los Angeles. Customs clearance and unloading can take another 3-4 days, and then the shipment will be trucked to your door. If you were in Denver it would take approximately 30 days to go from China to your door. For repeat orders or for items the factory is already making, it will take less time as the tooling is already made. The manufacturers in China can start making your parts as soon as their production schedule allows.
