User Requirements
The product needed to feature a cute and playful appearance that appealed to children’s interests and emotions.
The goal was to create a toothbrush elf that children would genuinely enjoy using, helping them develop a positive interest in daily dental care.

We also interviewed colleagues with children to better understand existing product pain points and identify opportunities for innovation.
Experience Optimization
A playful penguin character was selected and combined with bright colors to attract children’s attention and increase the product’s visual appeal.
