Awareness of first aid knowledge and the adoption rate of household first aid kits remain relatively low in China.
Traditional first aid kits also have limited adaptability across different scenarios. When traveling or responding to other emergencies, users often need to prepare additional first aid supplies separately.
User Pain Points
More challenges may arise when the first aid kit is used by one person, including inconvenient operation and difficulty accessing medical supplies.
The main challenge was to make the first aid kit suitable for a wider range of scenarios while introducing more intelligent functions.
Design Strategy
Exterior Upgrade
The exterior design incorporates a BeiDou positioning module, highlighting the product’s distinctive features while maintaining a professional medical identity.
Many of the supplies inside the first aid kit follow a standardized inventory list.
While reducing the overall product size as much as possible, the internal medical supplies were clearly categorized and carefully arranged.
User Experience
Unlike conventional first aid kits with tightly packed internal layouts, which may make supplies difficult to locate, the smart first aid kit organizes medical consumables according to the severity of different emergency situations.
Transparent compartment covers with subtle color differences make classification easier while still allowing users to see the contents clearly.

1. Integrated BeiDou Emergency Positioning
This smart first aid kit is designed to support a wider range of emergency scenarios.
A BeiDou positioning module is installed on the case to provide location information when users need to request emergency assistance.
The module is integrated into the lid as a distinctive exterior feature while remaining easily accessible from outside the case.
2. Lighting, Power Supply, and Splash Resistance
To support use in dark or outdoor environments, the first aid kit includes an internal lighting system and a power supply.
The case also provides splash-resistant protection for use in challenging conditions.
