The project began with the introduction and analysis of the initial product requirements, followed by user research and high-level strategic planning.
The team developed the company’s brand identity from zero to one and incorporated product co-creation activities involving both existing and potential users.
User Insight
The product design considered users’ operating habits and different home interior styles.
The project also covered the planning and execution of crowdfunding marketing, social media promotion for the product launch, and the planning and implementation of a 55-degree in-home media campaign.
💡 Solution
1. Highly Recognizable Brand Design
The “L” shape was selected as the main visual form of the product and extended throughout the exterior design.
This created a strong visual connection between the product and the LA brand.
2. Integration of User Habits
The product features a removable and washable formula outlet and a milk powder container positioned at the top.
The water tank capacity was designed around practical user needs.
The operating controls are concentrated on the front panel for convenient access, while remote operation is supported through WeChat.
The product also includes day and night lighting modes and an adjustable-height base.
