As artificial intelligence continues to transform educational entertainment, DEX identified limitations in traditional children's cameras - particularly their limited functionality and lack of interactive features. 1. Industrial Design Collaboration and Review

Our team provided comprehensive industrial design review services, balancing aesthetic appeal with practical engineering considerations:

• CMF Evaluation: Ensuring color, material, and finish selections met children's product safety standards while maintaining visual appeal and durability

• Hardware Layout Assessment: Collaborative optimization of core component placement (mainboard, battery, lens, display) within compact spaces to ensure structural integrity and signal stability

• Cost and DFM Analysis: Early-stage manufacturing feasibility analysis, providing professional recommendations on draft angles, parting lines, and wall thickness to reduce mold complexity and production costs

2. Mechanical Engineering

Our mechanical engineers developed precision mechanical designs based on optimized ID concepts:

• Advanced Protection Design: Utilizing high-strength PC materials with internal buffer structures and precise snap-fit assemblies to pass rigorous drop tests

• Ergonomic Optimization: Carefully designed grip contours and button placement for comfortable handling by children of different age groups

• Detail Enhancement: Special reinforcement for vulnerable components like battery covers and interface protections to extend product lifespan

3. Electronic Design

Our electronics team transformed AI concepts into functional hardware:

• Mainboard Development: Custom-designed boards with high-performance AI processing chips for smooth image recognition and processing

• Sensor Integration: Strategic selection and placement of high-pixel cameras, microphone arrays, and motion sensors. Special integration of 4G modules enables standalone connectivity, allowing AI interactions and content sharing without Wi-Fi dependency

• Power and Thermal Management: Optimized circuit design for extended battery life while effectively controlling operational temperatures for safe usage

4. Prototyping and Validation
