With a distribution model primarily relying on offline dealers, AUPU's product development had become disconnected from user needs. Seeking to regain innovation leadership through user-driven design, AUPU partnered with LKK Design to redefine the bathroom heating experience.

Design Research
Through targeted user screening and in-home interviews, our team identified key pain points:

LKK Design developed the "Thermal Ring Bathroom Heater" concept:
